Student Recruitment for 2011-2012
A public lottery is held annually in the spring. All 702 available spaces in grades K-8 will be filled. New applications for the waiting list are always being accepted. Applications must be hand-delivered to 2200 Northampton St. in Holyoke.
To qualify for registration, students must submit an accurate and completed application form. In order for an application to be considered, it must be completely filled and signed by the parent or guardian.
** A public lottery will be held in the spring at HCCS located at 2200 Northampton Street in Holyoke. The lottery will begin at 6:00PM in the Garden Room to select students for the waiting list. Students after the lottery will be added to the end of the list based on when their application is received.**

Enrollment applications can be picked up at the HCCS school at 2200 Northampton St. in Holyoke, or sent to you by calling the office at (413) 533-0111.
Note: Students applying for kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1, 2011.
